Their pigs roam the forest floor to forage acorns, leaves, roots and tubers, creating a balanced, healthy, and vigorous animal. This is the foundation that enables their nourishing and delicious selection of meats and charcuterie. The connection to the land, to the farmer, to the animal, and finally to the taste and experience of eating is key to the mission at Stanboom Farm.
